Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
I was name on the second All-Canadian team at OT. It was one of my goals at the beginning of the season, to establish myself as one of the best OT in Canada.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I’m a hard worker it’s my trademark. I work hard on and off the field in order to leave nothing to chance. On the field I’m a very technical player in pass protection and in the run game.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
Most of the time, I start by analyzing my opponents of the week to know their strengths and weaknesses in order to know where to attack them. I also do a self-evaluation of myself in order to work on certain points of my game to be able to counter the strengths of my opponents.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
My understanding of the strategies on the field. This way I am able to be in a good position, use good technique and use the advantage I have over my opponent.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I have worked closely with two coaches in whom I have great confidence. The new OC/OL coach from my university, who has had a long career in the CFL and our physical trainer with whom I have worked for the past 5 years.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I’m versatile, I can play any position on the offensive line and I’m a consistent player. I’ll always give the same performance.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
With me you have a complete player, who is ready to make the necessary sacrifices and who has not reached his ceiling yet, I think I still can get better and continue to develop myself as a football player.
